Eligibility Criteria Document
1. Supplier must have registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
2. Supplier must not be in active Blacklist firm as per PPRA Website.
3. Supplier must have supplied similar Goods to at least 1 client in Pakistan (attach purchase order/work order)
4. Supplier must ensure delivery/completion within 12 days.
5. Supplier must ensure visit of site for sample collection before submission of quote. (Attach Confirmation letter)
6. The bidders which are registered on EPAD as printing service firm are eligible for this task.
7. Supplier must share sample of each items before supplying complete order after issuance of purchase order/LOI by NICL.
