| In case of failure to deliver items after issuance of a purchase order, the contractor shall be disqualified from participating in upcoming petty purchase/RFQ cases due to non-compliance. Any condition of the supplier in addition to or in contradiction to PAAs terms and conditions shall not be entertained. Stores provided should be brand new and conforming to provided specifications. | |
| PAA reserves the right to inspect the quoted/offered items/ equipment before or after the confirmed order through any agency/person of its choice. Sample if required is to be submitted by bidder(within 24 hours of calling sample) before issuance of Purchase Order without any obligation to the PAA. Failure to provide sample will lead to rejection of bidder. | |
| Delivery period is 15 working days from the issuance of the purchase order. Bid validity period is 120 days. Rates should be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes except PST. Delivery must be made to the address mentioned in the procurement information. Professional tax certificate is mandatory. | |
