1) Please confirm percentage of the running payment that will be released against the work done

2) Kindly clerefy weather an AOP (Association of peersons) firm is eligible to particiapte in this tender

AOP is not allowed. 

Contractor is allowed to putup running bill after completion of 25% of total project works.

it is brought into your kind notice that we are interested to pariticipate in this tender but there is a massage shown that your firm is not eligible for this tender without any reason while our firm is catagory C3 with vast experience of execution.

you are requested to allow our firm for participation in this tender.
