City for participate in tender
It has been stated by the Ministry of Law and Justice that only firms based in Islamabad are eligible to participate in the tender. I would like to seek clarification and raise an objection to this condition.
Restricting participation solely to Islamabad-based firms appears to be unfair and may unnecessarily limit competition. Kindly clarify whether firms located in Rawalpindi, Wah Cantt, or other nearby areas are also eligible to participate in the tender.
If there is no valid legal or technical justification for restricting participation exclusively to Islamabad-based firms, such a condition should be reconsidered to ensure fair and open competition for all qualified firms.
