Grievance Description

DEAR SIR,

In further continuation to our firm’s clarification submitted on: Jul 23, 2026, 05:05 PM and clarification submitted on: Jul 24, 2026, 06:03 PM on e-pads.

In this regards, with reference to Tender No. P55046 – Uniform Items (Stitched / Unstitched), and your reply on the e-PADS portal, we respectfully submit that the Technical Specifications referred to as Annex (Bidding Document) not provided.
We are once again requesting that the complete Technical Specifications be provided to us at the earliest, either by uploading them on the e-PADS portal or by issuing a hard copy to our firm’s representative. These specifications are essential for the development of the tender sample and for ensuring compliance with the requirements.

We are interested to participate in this tender therefore, we kindly request that the tender opening date be extended to allow sufficient time for sample preparation and submission.
We look forward to your positive response and cooperation in this matter.
