| The bidder shall be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid NTN and GST registration. | |
| The bidder shall be on Active Taxpayer list and shall provide documentary evidence thereof. | |
| The bidder shall maintain a functional office in Islamabad and shall provide documentary evidence. | |
| The bidder shall have a minimum of three (03) years of experience in relevant work i.e. supplying and installation of water pumps. | |
| The bidder shall have successfully completed similar projects/contracts. | |
| The bidder shall provide a warranty/guarantee of manufacturers atleast for 365 days or more. | |
