| The bidder shall be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid NTN and GST registration. | |
| The bidder shall be on Active Taxpayer list and shall provide documentary evidence thereof. | |
| The bidder shall maintain a functional office in Islamabad and shall provide documentary evidence, including office address, utility bill, etc. | |
| The bidder shall have a minimum of five (05) years of experience of steel works. | |
| The bidder shall have successfully completed at least five (05) similar projects/contracts. | |
| Copies of work orders, contracts, completion certificates or purchase orders shall be attached. | |
| The bidder shall provide guarantee of at least 365 days for repair, defect liabiality and safety of installation. | |
