The scope of work or requirement mentioned on Page 37 of your tender document states ... "Sanitation Worker 02 (Two ) person ,08 Hours per day, 07 days a week AHKNCRD, Park Road Chak Shahzad, Islamaba" Please clarify whether you will provide a reliever for weekly holiday as per Labour Law or how will the weekly holiday / rest day of the janitors will be implemented.

We respectfully submit this grievance regarding the ambiguity in the tender documents concerning labour law compliance requirements for the HR Outsourcing Tender.

The bidding documents require compliance with applicable labour laws; however, they do not clearly specify the statutory obligations that bidders must include in their financial proposals. This may lead to varying interpretations and inconsistent pricing, affecting fair competition.

We kindly request NCRD to clarify the following:

Applicable labour laws (Federal/Provincial).
Mandatory statutory contributions (EOBI, Social Security, insurance, bonus etc.).
Applicable minimum wage notification (37000 or 40700).
Responsibility for future increases in minimum wages and statutory contributions during the contract period.
