CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING CDR
1. As per bidding Documents all lots CDR 2% of the estimated cost but dialysis items lot CDR are Higher than the 10% of estimated cost
so kindly revised the dialysis lot CDR amount
2. If someone does not quote all the items in an lot , can they submit 2% CDR for only the items they have quoted ?

1. Thank you for highlighting the issue. It is noted that due to a system generated error, the CDR amount for the dialysis items/ lots was mistakenly displayed higher than the required value. As per the bidding documents, the CDR requirement is 2% of the estimated cost. The CDR amount will be revised accordingly to 2 % in compliance with the bidding documents.
2. Please note that you are required to submit a lump sum quotation for the complete selected lot. Quoting rates for the only selected items within a lot is not allowed. Once a lot is selected, the bidder must quote for all items included in that lot, and the bid shall be submitted on a lot wise lump sum basis, in accordance with the bidding documents.

Not Feasible to quote whole tender by a distributor
As a distributor, it is not feasible for us to quote every medicine in the tender. We can only provide quotes for a selected range of medicines.
