Bid Security
When applying, during the first step at eligibility criteria we are required to upload copy of bid security so are we supposed to attach a scanned copy of pay order because the second and third step is labelled as calculating and paying bid security so what exactly are we supposed to attach in the first step of eligibility criteria where they are directly asking for a copy of bid security without providing and details or letting me move to the second or third stage first.
Upon perusal of the contents of the grievance, it is observed that the issue raised therein pertains to the Procuring Agency, as the complainant has sought clarification with respect to the Bid Security. In the circumstances, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is of the considered view that the matter is required to be addressed by the Procuring Agency. Accordingly, the bidder is referred to the Procuring Agency for the requisite clarification, and the Procuring Agency is hereby directed to furnish an appropriate response to the bidder's query within a reasonable time.
In view of the foregoing, the grievance stands disposed of accordingly.
