(iv) Inspection Certificate issued by the designated Inspection Officer / Committee. | |
| Warranty: (i) Supplier shall warrant that the supplied goods are brand new, genuine, and conform exactly to the ordered specifications. (ii) Any defective or substandard item(s) shall be replaced by the Supplier at his own expense within the warranty period. | |
| Inspection & Rejection: (i) Inspection officer(s) may reject any water dispenser(s) not conforming to the required specifications or quality. (ii) Decision of the inspection officer(s) shall be final and binding. | |
| Packaging: The Supplier shall ensure proper and sufficient packing of the items to avoid damage during transportation up to the destination. | |
