| The supplier shall provide latest editions of Vehicle Laws / Traffic Laws Book and Manual of Services Laws (2nd Revised Edition) in printed hard copy form, properly bound, free from printing or binding defects, and complete in all respects. The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, and delivery charges. Delivery shall be made at the designated office within the stipulated time. | The bidder must be an active, registered firm/supplier with relevant business experience in supply of books/stationery items, duly registered with FBR (tax filer status) and having valid NTN/Sales Tax registration where applicable. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body. | |
| The firm shall possess a sound financial position and relevant market experience to ensure timely supply of required items in accordance with specifications.
