| Bidders are required to deliver the items before 3:00 PM on June 1, 2026. A Delivery Compliance Statement must be submitted along with the delivery. All bidders are expected to adhere strictly to the compliance statement in a professional manner. | |
| Bidders must visit the Procurement Department and carefully review all details of the registers. The registers must be printed strictly in accordance with the approved samples. Any registers deviating from the approved samples will not be accepted, and the Procuring Agency shall not make any payment for misprinted registers. | |
