Terms & Conditions: Delivery of local items within 2 days; imported items within 45 days of PO issuance. All prices must be final, in PKR, and inclusive of all taxes and costs (excluding SST). No advance payment will be made. Submissions must include make, model, and specifications. Quotation validity:90 days. Bidders must be active tax payers at FBR.The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any offer in compliance to PPRA rule 33.
All bidders are required to submit a sample of the quoted item (at least 01 quantity of each item) on the day of quotation/bid opening at level-0 , Room No. 3033. Without sample submission bids shall be rejected out rightly. Attach undertaking for sample submission here
Bidders must have an established main or branch office in Karachi to ensure the timely delivery of local purchase/RFQ items. Attach proof here. Bidders must submit their quotations on official letterhead, duly signed and stamped. The submission must include individual item pricing, sub-totals, and the grand total. Failure to provide the quotation in this prescribed format will result in the immediate rejection of the offer.
