Eligibility Criteria Document
All applicable taxes shall be paid by the supplier. Delivery of the item(s) shall be made at Zonal Office, DIG N-5 North. In case of failure to supply the item(s) within the stipulated delivery period, late delivery charges up to 20% of the contract value may be imposed. In addition, in case of non-compliance or failure to execute the supply as per approved terms and conditions, the procurement shall be made at the risk and cost of the supplier, and appropriate legal action shall be initiated.
