| The bidder must be an active and registered firm having relevant experience in supply of water bowsers or similar items. The firm should be registered with FBR for sales tax/income tax and must be an active taxpayer. The bidder shall provide valid registration documents along with NTN and GST certificates. The firm must not be blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or autonomous body. | |
| The supplier shall provide Water Bowser as per required specifications in good condition at DIG Office N-5 North within the stipulated time. Any delay or defect shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Payment will be made after inspection and approval, and all applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA Rules. | |
