| 1. Suppliers must have a registered office in Lahore as per supplier profile on E-PADS otherwise the quote shall be marked as ineligible by NICL (must attach proof of office address). | |
| 2. Please attach your quotation (in written) inclusive all taxes on your official letter head. | |
| 3. Supplier must have SECP valid license for risk survey and required to attach the supportive document (i-e SECP valid License). | |
| 4. Supplier /Surveyor must be a technically qualified person and have ability for risk evaluation. (please Attach PEC and SECP license) | |
| 5. Supplier must not be on the list of Active Blacklisted Firms as per PPRA website otherwise the quote submitted by such supplier shall be marked as ineligible with reason as being blacklisted. | |
| 6. Services must be completed within a maximum of 10 days from the date of the purchase order/Work Order. In case of no response or failure to provide the required services within the maximum stated time, the Work Order shall be cancelled. | |
| 7. Any quote submitted without supporting documents as per requirements mentioned under Terms and Conditions will be marked as ineligible by NICL. | |
