Grievance Description

Respected Concerns,

We request a two-week extension to the current submission deadline. Despite our best efforts, the complexity of the technical schedules and the volume of data required necessitate additional time to ensure a complete and compliant submission.

We are currently awaiting essential Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, and sign-off certificates from factory. These documents are critical to meet the pre-qualification criteria but are delayed due to the factory’s internal administrative procedures.

Similarly, several other supporting documents required for eligibility are still not received.

Due to above circumstances, we request for the extension of two-weeks enable us to submit the complete and comprehensive bid.

The GRC acknowledges receipt of the Complainant's grievance. While the granting of an extension does not fall within the purview of the GRC, the Procuring Agency may grant such relief if deemed appropriate.
