| Equipment must be delivered box packed within two (2) of Work Award | |
| Letter of Intent issued on EPADs must be accepted within stipulated timeline and in case of non-acceptance we will resort to 2nd most adv bidder | |
| In case of denial of service necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 will be taken | |
| Most Advantageous Bidder will have to ensure supply of same brand and model as quoted through proposal and no change request in this regard will be allowed | |
