Vendor Eligibility Criteria (Furniture Repair – Peshawar) 1. Legal Status / Registration • Vendor must be a registered firm/company in Pakistan. • Valid NTN and (if applicable) GST registration required. 2. Nature of Organization • Vendor should be furniture manufacturer, workshop owner, or experienced repair service provider. • Preference for vendors having local workshop in Peshawar/KP for easy inspection and service.
3. Relevant Experience • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in furniture repair/restoration. • Must have completed similar assignments (sofa/chair repair, upholstery work, polishing etc.). • Provide work orders / completion certificates / client references. 4. Technical Capability • Availability of skilled labor (carpenter, polisher, upholsterer). • Access to required tools, materials, and workshop facilities. • Ability to meet quality standards and specifications
5. Financial & Operational Capacity • Vendor should be financially sound to complete the job without delay. • Must confirm timely completion within specified period. 6. Past Performance & Integrity • Vendor must provide affidavit of non-blacklisting. • Good track record of quality work and timely delivery. 7. Compliance & Documentation • Submission of: o Company profile o Copy of CNIC (for sole proprietor) o Tax certificates o Relevant experience documents
8. Local Presence (Preferred) • Vendor having office/workshop in Peshawar will be preferred for quick service and follow-up. Warranty/guarantee on repair work (e.g., 3–6 months) • Sample material approval before work start All necessary documents related to the eligibility criteria and remaining requirements must be provided on the company/firm letterhead; otherwise, incomplete information /document the bid/proposal may lead to disqualification.
