| Work must be completed within the stipulated time mentioned in Work Order; otherwise, penalty may be imposed as per rules. All materials used must be new, standard, and of approved quality/specification. The contractor shall be responsible for workmanship, quality assurance, and rectification of defects at own cost during defect liability period. | |
| NHMP reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity or cancel procurement at any stage as per rules and requirement. Incomplete, conditional, or ambiguous bids shall be rejected.
