Eligibility Criteria Document
National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) intends to procure miscellaneous operational and office-use items through e-PADS/PPRA in accordance with PPRA Rules and prevailing Government procurement procedures. The successful bidder/vendor shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, transportation, loading/unloading, and safe handling of all items at the consignee location mentioned in the Purchase Order.
All applicable taxes shall be paid by the supplier. Delivery of the item(s) shall be made at Zonal Office, DIG N-5 North. In case of failure to supply the item(s) within the stipulated delivery period, late delivery charges up to 20% of the contract value may be imposed. In addition, in case of non-compliance or failure to execute the supply as per approved terms and conditions, the procurement shall be made at the risk and cost of the supplier, and appropriate legal action shall be initiated as
The firm/vendor must be registered with relevant Government authorities, Valid NTN certificate issued by FBR, Active taxpayer status on ATL, GST registration certificate (where applicable), The firm must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government department, Bidder shall provide complete company profile with office address, contact details, and relevant experience,.
Bidder must have the capability to supply all quoted items within stipulated time, Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids shall not be entertained, Rates quoted shall include all applicable taxes, transportation, loading/unloading, and delivery charges
.The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, Procurement shall be processed through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended), Successful bidder shall supply items strictly according to approved specifications and quantities, In case of failure/delay in supply, penalty may be imposed as per terms and conditions of bidding documents.
