| The firm must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN & GST). Vendor must be active on e-PADS system. Authorization letter from OEM/distributor (where applicable) must be provided. Offered items must be brand new, genuine, and non-refurbished. Warranty minimum 01 year for all items (parts & service). Delivery, installation, and commissioning shall be free of cost at Zonal Office N-5 North. No advance payment shall be made; payment will be processed after inspection and acceptance. | |
| Inspection will be conducted by NHMP Inspection Committee. In case of defect, replacement shall be provided at supplier’s cost. Rates shall remain valid for at least 90 days from bid opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity as per requirement. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per Government rules. | |
| All applicable taxes shall be paid by the supplier. Delivery of the item(s) shall be made at Zonal Office, DIG N-5 North. In case of failure to supply the item(s) within the stipulated delivery period, late delivery charges up to 20% of the contract value may be imposed.
