Eligibility Criteria Document
All taxes are applicable as per Government rules/policy. Delivery of items shall be made at the office of DIG, NHMP, N-5 North Zone, Islamabad, as mentioned in Supply Order/Purchase Order. Inspection of supplied items shall be carried out by the Inspection Committee constituted by NHMP. Payment shall be released after successful inspection and acceptance of items by the competent authority.
In case of defective/substandard items, the supplier shall replace the same within the specified period without any additional cost. The quoted rates shall remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of bids. All applicable Government taxes/duties shall be deducted at source as per prevailing Government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items subject to requirement and availability of funds.
In case of failure to supply/deliver the items within stipulated time, late delivery charges/penalty up to 20% of the total value may be imposed. The items may also be procured at the risk and cost of the supplier besides initiation of legal action as per rules. Samples of quoted items must be provided by the supplier, if required by the procuring agency. Any dispute arising during procurement/supply process shall be settled in accordance with the laws and rules applicable in Pakistan.
All taxes are applicable in estimated price. Samples are also required.
