| Firm must be registered with NTN & GST authorities. Vendor must be active on EPADS system. All items must be brand new, genuine, and non-refurbished. Compatibility with existing systems must be ensured by the vendor. Warranty minimum 01 year for hardware components. Installation and configuration shall be free of cost. | |
| No advance payment shall be made; payment after inspection and acceptance. Inspection will be conducted by NHMP Inspection Committee. Defective items shall be replaced at supplier’s cost. Rates shall remain valid for at least 90 days from bid opening date. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity as per requirement. All applicable taxes shall be deducted at source as per Government rules. | |
