| The bidder must be a registered firm/company with relevant tax authorities (FBR) i.e. NTN and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable). The bidder must be an active taxpayer appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidder must have relevant experience in repair and maintenance of photocopier machines, preferably Kyocera, Minolta, and similar brands. The bidder must provide proof of past experience/work orders of similar nature (if required). | |
| The bidder must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization. An affidavit on stamp paper must be provided in this regard. The bidder must have the capability to provide genuine spare parts and skilled technical staff for repair work. The bidder shall ensure on-site service (if required) and timely completion of repair work within stipulated time. The bidder must comply with all PPRA rules and regulations applicable to public procurement. | |
