| License must be activated within three (3) working days | |
| During 1 year subscription period any issue/ issues if arise must be resolved by most advantageous bidder | |
| In case of delay in delivery penalty @0.05% for each day of delay will be imposed | |
| Payment will be made after provision of license complete in all respects | |
| Payment will be subject to tax deduction as per rules | |
| In case of denial of service necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 will be taken | |
