Free delivery must be ensured within the time specified in the purchase order to the consignee’s location (e.g., Store of WAPDA Hospital Rawalpindi). In case of delay, the Indenter reserves the right to impose liquidated damages at 0.067% per day or part thereof on late supplies. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. All items must comply with relevant international medical standards (ISO/CE/FDA where applicable).
Substandard, expired, or damaged items will be rejected at the supplier’s cost. Payment of 100% shall be made upon complete supply/execution of the purchase order in accordance with WAPDA and PPRA rules, subject to submission of required documents. These include: Sales Tax Invoice (triplicate), Warranty Certificate as per Section 23(i), Form-2A of the Drug Act, 1976, and shelf-life certificate (if required),
