All applicable taxes shall be included in the quoted rates. The subscription/activation of Zoom Workplace Pro shall be delivered and activated at the Zonal DIG Office, N-5 North, NHMP, within the stipulated time period. In case of failure to provide activation/services within the given timeline, late delivery charges may be imposed up to 20% of the contract value.
Furthermore, in case of non-compliance or failure in service delivery, the procurement may be made at the risk and cost of the supplier, and legal action shall be initiated as per relevant rules and regulations. The vendor shall also provide a trial/demo account or sample configuration for verification prior to final acceptance.”
