| Most Advantageous Bidder will be required to ensure that work is executed in a professional manner without any damage to existing infrastructure and in case any damage is done adjustment as per actual will be made from final invoice | |
| Letter of Intent (LOI) issued through EPADs must be accepted within three (3) days of issuance and in case of non-acceptance we will resort to 2nd most advantageous bidder | |
| In case of denial-of-Service necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 (A) will be taken | |
| Work in all respects must be completed within three days of issuance of Work Award | |
| In case of delay in execution, we reserve the right to impose penalty amounting to 0.05% of lump sum cost for each day of delay | |

| Vendor must ensure strict conformance to requirements outlined and no deviation will be allowed | |
| Most Advantageous bidder will be responsible for clearing the site in all respect | |

| Vendor must clearly quote a single brand and model with complete specifications. In case vendor quotes more than one brand or model proposal will be declared non-responsive | |
| Vendor must note that in case his/ her proposal is found most advantageous then same model and brand as quoted will have to be supplied and no request for model change etc will be allowed under any circumstances | |
| Quoted equipment must meet minimum specifications as outlined and may also exceed them | |
| Quoted equipment must be brand new , non refurbished, box packed with standard warranty | |
| Quoted equipment must have local market footprints and after sales services | |
| A demo session if required may be conducted on a date and time communicated and all bidders will be required to present their samples physically and in case of non-compliance proposal will be declared as non-responsive no matter lowest in terms of cost | |
