| All applicable taxes shall be included in the quoted rates. Delivery of the items shall be made at Zonal DIG Office N-5 North within the stipulated time period. In case of failure to supply/deliver the items within the given timeframe, late delivery charges may be imposed up to 20% of the total cost of the purchase order. Furthermore, the department reserves the right to procure the items at the risk and cost of the supplier, and legal action may be initiated as per rules. | |
| Work shall be carried out using standard quality tools and materials suitable for wooden and metal furniture. All repaired items shall be properly aligned, tightened, and finished with polishing where required. Any damaged fittings shall be replaced with compatible and durable parts. The work shall ensure stability, durability, and neat appearance of furniture. Final inspection and functional satisfaction of the department shall be mandatory before acceptance. | |
