| Vendor must be PEC Registered in Category C6 or above (Affix valid PEC Registration Certificate) | |
| Most Advantageous Bidder will be required to ensure that work is executed in a professional manner without any damage to existing infrastructure and in case any damage is done adjustment as per actual will be made from final invoice | |
| Letter of Intent (LOI) issued through EPADs must be accepted within three (3) days of issuance and in case of non-acceptance we will resort to 2nd most advantageous bidder | |
| In case of denial-of-Service necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 (A) will be taken | |
| Work in all respects must be completed within seven days of issuance of Work Award | |
| In case of delay in execution, we reserve the right to impose penalty amounting to 0.05% of lump sum cost for each day of delay | |
| Quoted cost must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, testing, lodging cost etc | |
| Per Sq.ft rate where quoted will remain fixed and payment will be made as per actual measurements | |
| Vendor must ensure strict conformance to requirements outlined and no deviation will be allowed | |
