Eligibility Criteria Document
1. Only those bidders having relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, and adequate professional setup/resources for Social Media Content Designing and Digital Media Production services for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) or similar organizations shall be eligible to participate.
2.The bidder must possess the capability to develop professional academic and institutional promotional content aligned with the branding and communication requirements of an HEI environment. Bidders failing to establish the required capability through relevant portfolio, samples, or supporting documents may be considered non-responsive and their bids may be rejected.
3. Each Vendor/ Bidder will submit samples of their creative work as detailed below at the time of quoting price over EPADS failing which the bid will be rejected: i. One (01) short video of 50-60 seconds for social media ii. Following three (03) creative designs (1:1 aspect ratio) for social media having a coherent theme with unified visual language are required: • Admissions Open • Life at Campus • Department with multiple programs
Evaluation Criteria: The Samples of creative work will be evaluated on the basis of following parameters: 1. Visual Language and Design 2. Text Readability, Legibility & Typography 3. Brand Visibility and Strategic Placement 4. Execution and Presentation 5. Impact & Projection 6. Creative Copy/Originality
