In case of delay or substandard work, the department reserves the right to impose penalty and get the work completed at the risk and cost of the contractor as per rules. All joints shall be properly sealed using approved sealing material to ensure a leakage-free system. Drainage line shall be cleared and restored for smooth and proper water flow without blockage.
