| 1. Vendor must have experience (Affix relevant proofs) | |
| 2. Vendor must not be blacklisted (Affix undertaking on official letter head duly signed and stamped) | |
| 3. Vendor must be PEC Registered in Category C6 or above (Affix valid PEC Registration Certificate) | |
| 4. Most Advantageous bidder will be required to furnish an undertaking on stamp paper duly authorised by notary public within three (3) days of issuance of Letter of Intent on EPADs wherein he will clearly state that installed glass is tampered | |
| 5. Most Advantageous Bidder will be required to furnish a certificate confirming that glass is tampered as per standard | |
| 6. Most Advantageous Bidder will be required to furnish Bank Guarantee amounting to 10% of quoted cost in form of pay order/ demand draft within three days of issuance of Work Award | |
| 7. Letter of Intent (LOI) issued through EPADs must be accepted within three (3) days of issuance and in case of non-acceptance we will resort to 2nd most advantageous bidder | |
| 8.In case of denial of Service necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 (A) will be taken | |
| 9. In case of delay in execution we reserve the right to impose penalty amounting to 0.05% of lump sum cost for each day of delay | |
