1. The quoted price must be inclusive of all relevant taxes including GST. 2. The vendor is responsible to repair all the required items at the premises of PMC (GS). 3. To inspect Air Conditioners or for any information, vendors can contact at Mr. Raja Aamir (9274775) or Lt. Ayaz 03340008415 during Office Hours 4. The vendor is responsible to repair all the AC Units at the doorstep of PMC (GS), H No: 153/A, opposite Ministry of Defence Production, Adam Jee Rd, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
Vendor is responsible to replace / re-repair poor quality and defected work. 6. Vendor is directed to install proper gas as per notified repair manual of the unit. 7. The vendor must possess representative office Rawalpindi / ICT. 8. The vendor must be incompliance to all PPRA Rules and Regulations.
