Eligibility Criteria Document
Bidders must inspect the site prior to quoting and propose a fire alarm system suitable for prevailing conditions, incorporating features such as dust compensation, adjustable sensitivity, and anti-false alarm mechanisms. Submission of a bid shall confirm full assessment of site conditions. The vendor shall be responsible for replacement of faulty components during the warranty period and provide prompt technical support to rectify any operational issues without additional cost to CUI Lahore.
Retention Money against warranty items shall be applicable @ 5 % of total value of invoice and shall be retained for two years
