| The quotation / bid is to be submitted under the following term and conditions: 1) The quotation / bid should be sent duly sealed in an envelope, clearly mentioning the “TECHNICAL FACILITY ON HIRING BASIS” on the envelope. | |
| 2) Price tenders (in sealed envelope) should reach at the office of General Manager (with attention of the Executive Programmes Manager/ Executive Manager Finance) by 12 Noon on or before 30-04-2026. The tender / quotation shall be opened on the same day at 3 pm in presence of the vendor or their authorized representative who may wish to attend. | |
| 3) The quotation must be valid for a period of Emergency Case from the date of opening. Initially quotation is to be called 04 episodes, however, the number of episodes may increase or decrease on same dates. | |
| 4) Bidders are required to mention price and applicable Taxes plus GST on each item separately on the quotation. 5) PTV reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the price quotation prior to the acceptance of a bid. | |
