All batteries must be 12V lead-acid dry (maintenance-free) batteries suitable for automotive use (cars, pickups, vans, and motorcycles). Capacity requirements: 85 Ah batteries (13 plates) 105 Ah batteries (15 plates) 5 Ah battery for motorcycle use Batteries must be new, unused, and recently manufactured.
Only Pre-Qualified Vendors will be entertained.
Specifications are final and non-negotiable All items services must be brand new and will be inspected by this offices committee. Any deviation will lead to rejection .Delivery must be completed within 7 days. delay will incur 0.2% penalty per day (max 10%) or cancellation Partial delivery not accepted. No separate transport charges Payment after 100% satisfactory delivery inspection and submission of proper bill.
