Rule : 1 Upload quoted technical sheet or upload pictures of the quoted items clearly specify make & models. Optional Bidding is not allowed.
The bidding requirement specifies that bidders must have a registered office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. If the bidder's head office is located outside these cities, they must provide a letterhead showing their office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Bidders are required to delivered the items with in required time Before 03 PM April 30 ,2026.As there is upcoming holiday on 1 MAY 2026, hence delivery is required on Thursday to ensure the smooth process of working. Delivery Compliance Statement must be given.
