AS per PPRA Rules Manufacturers/Distributors/ Suppliers must have valid NTN and GST. Manufacturers/Distributors/ Suppliers must be ATL in FBR Active Taxpayer List. Quoted prices should be Inclusive of All Taxes and Delivery charges. Quotation must be valid for 1 week. Procuring agency have the right to Accept or Reject any quotation at any time. Final Decision should be taken by Procurement department and cannot to be challenged.
