Eligibility Criteria Document
Suppliers are required to mention the brand name/specification of each item quoted otherwise quotation shall be considered as non responsive
Material should be of best quality and as per specifications and samples provided by CATI
Designing should be done by professional designer and as per theme of the event
The supplier shall provide services to develop customized event material as per content, sample , directions by CATI
Sample where needed shall be provided by supplier free of cost
Supplier shall prepare one sample of each item and obtain approval prior proceeding for bulk production
All items must be delivered to the Logistics Section at Civil Aviation Training Institute Hyderabad
Delivery must be completed within given timeline against each item from the date of purchase order issuance
All designs/samples/mockups first shall be approved by CATI
Procuring agency may require catalogue of already complete similar services from suppliers at its own discretion for better evaluation prior awarding purchase order
Supplier must have office setup in Karachi/Hyderabad aswell for ease of event material production, coordination and delivery
All duties, taxes, liabilities, transportation charges etc. till the final place of destination and other levies payable by the Bidder
Payment will be made within 60 days after issuance of certificate receipt voucher by the procuring agency
Quoted prices must include all fees, including but not limited to transportation costs
Rates should be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes
In case of failed delivery after issuance of a purchase order, the contractor shall be disqualified from participating in upcoming petty purchase/RFQ cases due to non-compliance
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all quotations due to cogent reasons
All goods/services are subject to testing after delivery
No advance payment will be made
Quoted rates should be firm and final. No conditional quotations will be accepted
The procuring agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time before the submission deadline. Any changes will be communicated to all potential bidders
