Eligibility Criteria Document
ii. Supplier shall deliver all items at the Office of Chief Engineer / Project Director, CRBC (LCG) Project, CRBC Colony, D.I. Khan, at his own risk and cost. Quoted rates shall include transportation, loading, unloading, and all incidental charges.
iii. Ceiling fans shall be supplied complete with standard accessories and installed by the supplier at designated locations. Installation charges, labour, tools and allied material shall be included in quoted rates.
iv. Supplier shall provide minimum 2-year motor warranty and a 1-year circuit warranty for ceiling fans and minimum 1 year warranty on motor/pump and manufacturing defects. Warranty card/undertaking shall be submitted at the time of delivery.
v. Items shall be inspected by Purchaser’s nominated officer/committee. Acceptance/inspection certificate shall be issued after verification of quantity, specifications, condition and installation where applicable.
vi. Any item found defective, substandard, damaged, or not in conformity with the approved specifications shall be rejected and shall be replaced by the supplier at their own cost and risk within a timeframe specified by WAPDA.
vii. The supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and statutory obligations. GST shall be applicable as per prevailing rules and may be indicated on the invoice. Any other applicable taxes, duties, or levies shall be borne by the supplier unless otherwise stated in the Supply Order.
viii. 100% payment shall be made within thirty (30) days after successful delivery, inspection, and acceptance of the goods. Payment shall be made through crossed cheque. No advance payment shall be admissible.
