| 1. Vendor must have verifiable experience as desired in subject procurement (Please affix work awards, agreements) | |
| 2. Vendor must not be blacklisted (Undertaking on official letter head duly signed and stamped is needed) | |
| 3. License Authenticity: All subscriptions must be official, genuine, and directly sourced from authorised providers.Use of gray-market, shared, or unauthorised licenses is strictly prohibited (Here affix relevant documentation if any) | |
| 4. Account Ownership & Control: All accounts shall be created using the client’s official email domain.Complete administrative control and credentials shall be handed over to the client i.e. Health and Accidental Insurance (H&AI), Regional Office, Islamabad | |
| 5. Activation Timeline: All licenses must be fully activated and operational within 5 working days after supply | |
| 6. On boarding & Support: Most Advantageous Bidder will be required to provide:A. Initial on boarding/knowledge transfer to usersB. Ongoing coordination with the OEM/tool provider for issue resolution | |
| 7. During the course of one (1) year subscription if any issue arises most advantageous bidder is bound to facilitate in resolution of the said issue within stipulated time frame. Undertaking will be taken separately from most advantageous bidder in this regard | |
| 8. All licenses must have one year subscription (Here undertaking on official letterhead duly signed and stamped is must) | |
| 9. Vendor may quote for all AI products or for a single product | |
| 10. AI Product wise lowest in terms of cost will be considered | |
| 11. Letter of Intent issued through EPADs must be accepted within stipulated timeline and in case of non-acceptance we will resort to 2nd most advantageous bidder without any notice. We also reserve the right to initiate necessary proceedings as per PPRA Rule-19 | |
| 12. A demo session if required may be arranged and appearance for the said demo session is must. In case of non compliance proposal will be declared non-responsive | |
| 13. Most Advantageous bidder will be required to ensure strict adherence to the delivery timeline. In case of delay penalty @0.05% for each day of delay will be imposed which will be adjusted from final invoice | |
| 14. In case of denial of service by the most advantageous bidder necessary action as per PPRA Rule-19 will be initiated | |
| 15. Payment will be cleared subject to completion of assignment in all respects | |
| 16. Payment will be subject to tax deductions as per applicable rules and penalty if any will also be adjusted | |
| 17. All costs must be in PKR | |
