Instructions To Bidders/ Terms and Conditions 1. The Procurement Method 42(b) as per PPRA Rules will be followed for procurement. 2. Bidders are required to submit their quotations through E-Pads (www.eprocure.gov.pk). 3. Quotation will be opened in the office of (HRA&P) at Zonal Office, The Mall Building No 1, Rawalpindi. 4. Quoted rates will be evaluated under PPRA Rule 42 (b).
5. Quotations shall remain valid for 30 days from the last date of submission of quotations. 6. In case Client calls the negotiation then this shell not tantamount to Cancellation or withdrawal of original offer which shall be binding on the bidder. 7. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of items depending upon the availability of budget and need requirement. 8. Incomplete quotations conditional quotations will be rejected.
9. The date fixed for opening of quotations if subsequently declared as holidays by the Government, quotation will be opened on next working date. 10. If the quotation is found against the terms and conditions of RFQ, same will be rejected. 11. Proof of active Tax Payer. 12. Quotations will be considered for competition as per terms & conditions only. 13. The competent Authority reserves the right to reject all quotations or proposals any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal.
14. A bank Draft for RS: 100,000/- in favor State Life must be submitted personally at Zonal Office before opening of bids, otherwise bid will be rejected. 15.
