| 1. Relevant field company/firm having a significant experience of Fire Alarm System testing, installation, repairing etc shall participate and preference will be given. | |
| 2. Inspection report as per CUI specs and as per detail given in the BoQ shall be accepted only. | |
| 3. Bidders only from Rawalpindi/Islamabad shall be qualified. The business address would be visited. | |

| 5 In case of any dispute arising in connection with the matter, the decision of the Rector/In-Charge Campus, CUI, shall be considered final and binding. | |

The participating bidder shall provide/attach separate and valid proof/documents of FBR GSTN (GST Registration Number) and FBR NTN (National Tax Number), along with their updated status/position separately. In case of non-compliance, failure to provide the required documents, or submission of invalid/outdated information, the bidder shall be declared Non-Responsive/Disqualified. | |
