| The consultant shall be a PEC-registered firm or PCATP-registered architectural practice with valid current registration. | |
| The consultant shall have at least five years of relevant building survey and area-measurement experience, preferably with evidence of three comparable commercial assignments. | |
| Any potential conflict of interest with Telecom Foundation shall be disclosed in writing. | |
