Eligibility Criteria Document
1. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. 2.Mode of Payment: 100% after completion of work. 3.Contractors are advised to make good any damages rendered during the job. 4.Contractors are obliged to dispose of waste and debris. 5.In case of late completion, a penalty of Rs. 2000 per day will be imposed. 6.Sub-Contracting is not allowed. 7.Bank/ employer reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules.
Bidder must have office / presence in Karachi. Attach proof.
Bidders who have not accepted the Letter of Award/rejected the LOA during past one year with SBP will be held non-responsive.
