| The bidder must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN). The bidder must possess valid Sales Tax Registration (STRN/GST). The bidder must have active taxpayer status. The bidder may be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer/distributor/ reseller of the quoted laptop brand. The bidder must submit complete details of the offered laptop, including manufacturer, brand, model number and technical specifications. | |
| The bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred under the applicable PPRA rules. The bidder must provide one-year OEM-backed local warranty (Supported with Warranty Card) and after-sales support in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The warranty shall cover hardware components, including the motherboard, processor, RAM, SSD, display, keyboard, touchpad, internal hardware and power adapter, in accordance with applicable OEM warranty terms. | The vendor shall acknowledge a warranty complaint within one working day and arrange technical support within two working days of receiving the complaint. Any laptop found defective or non-functional at the time of delivery shall be replaced with a brand-new unit of the same offered model he vendor shall provide the original OEM warranty certificate, serial number and verification of the applicable warranty status at the time of delivery. | |
| No refurbished, repaired, used or reconditioned equipment shall be supplied as a replacement. The warranty should be OEM-backed and verifiable, rather than merely a warranty issued by the vendor on its own letterhead. | |
