The successful bidder shall ensure the delivery of the equipment strictly in accordance with the prescribed specifications and requirements within the stipulated timeframe. In case of failure to comply, necessary action shall be initiated against the firm/vendor in accordance with the applicable rules and terms and conditions of the procurement.
